Privacy policy
This page sets out what personal data this site collects, what it is used for and what rights you have. L'Atelier de Kriss keeps it to the strict minimum: there is no user account, no online shop and no advertising on this site.

Data collected
Only the contact form collects data: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message. None of these fields is used for anything other than replying to you.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is processed for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry, quote request or workshop booking. The legal basis is your consent, obtained explicitly via the form's checkbox.
Retention period
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
Processors
Delivery of form messages is handled by Resend (transactional email service). Site hosting is provided by Vercel. Neither provider uses your data for its own purposes.
Cookies and third-party content
This site uses no advertising cookies and no profiling trackers. Two third-party services may be enabled, only with your consent, collected by the banner shown on your first visit: audience measurement by Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd), with anonymised IP address, used to understand which pages are visited; and, on the News page only, the post feed from the workshop's Facebook page, using the official plugin from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, which may set its own cookies and learn of your visit, including if you have no Facebook account. Until you accept, neither service is called. Your choice is kept for six months in your browser and can be changed at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to latelierdekriss.contact@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
