The series comes as table knives and as 10 cm and 12 cm folding knives, each with its own sheath in Toiles du Soleil canvas.
The fabric
The Catalan stripe
The canvas on these knives comes from Les Toiles du Soleil, one of the emblematic names of Catalan weaving.
Set deep in the Vallespir valley, between sea and mountain, the mill has carried on since 1897 a craft known for the quality of its cloth and the richness of its colours.
As in artisan knife-making, respect for the material, a taste for the well-made gesture and work done properly matter above all.
