The fabric on these knives comes from the Les Toiles du Soleil mill. Woven entirely in Saint-Laurent-de-Cerdans since 1897, its cloths preserve know-how founded on traditional techniques. They produce colourful fabrics of exceptional quality and strength, impossible to reproduce with modern machines — thanks in particular to looms dating from the 1920s. As in artisanal cutlery, respect for materials, the love of the right gesture and work well done are essential here.
